The Company’s U.S. listing will trade on the OTCQB Venture under the symbol “PREIF” while the Company’s Canadian listing will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “PRG”.

Shareholders of existing U.S. listed Precipitate shares previously traded on the OTC Pink Open Market will now trade on the OTCQB without any further action required by shareholders.
