Precipitate Gold Corp (TSXV: PRG, OTCQB: PREIF) – District-Scale Strategic Land Positions in the Dominican Republic. Precipitate’s strategic and prospective project portfolio provides exposure to landholdings in active and desirable regions, including two projects adjacent to prominent operations.

Dominican Republic

• JUAN de HERERRA – adjacent to the Romero/Tireo project operated by GoldQuest (west Dominican Republic). 100% owned, numerous gold and copper targets over a ~40km long Project area covering favourable Tireo Formation lithologies.
• PONTON – 30km east of Barrick’s Pueblo Viejo Mine, hosted in the same Los Ranchos Formation geological terrain. 100% owned with significant untested multi-element epithermal gold anomaly
• PUEBLO GRANDE – adjacent to the world-class Pueblo Viejo mine operated by Barrick (central Dominican Republic). 100% owned. Formerly under an Earn-In Agreement with Barrick Gold whereby Barrick spent US$7.0M over 5 years and drilled 6,000m in 22 diamond drill holes.

Newfoundland Canada

• MOTHERLODE REGION – 100% interest in 6,250 hectares of mineral exploration licenses within the Burin Peninsula of southern Newfoundland, Canada acquired by direct staking and execution of a purchase agreement. Option on adjoining ground terminated 2023.

Precipitate owns all its property assets 100% (subject to certain NSR royalties).
