Dominican Republic

• JUAN de HERERRA – adjacent to the Romero/Tireo project operated by GoldQuest (west Dominican Republic). 100% owned, numerous gold and copper targets over a ~40km long Project area covering favourable Tireo Formation lithologies.
• PUEBLO GRANDE – adjacent to the world-class Pueblo Viejo mine operated by Barrick (central Dominican Republic). 100% owned. Formerly under an Earn-In Agreement with Barrick Gold whereby Barrick spent US$7.0M over 5 years and drilled 6,000m in 22 diamond drill holes.
• PONTON – 30km east of Barrick’s Pueblo Viejo Mine, hosted in the same Los Ranchos Formation geological terrain. 100% owned with significant untested multi-element epithermal gold anomaly

Precipitate owns all its property assets 100% (subject to certain NSR royalties).
