The Company’s recent announcement of its transaction with Barrick Gold Corp. (see news release dated April 14, 2020) combined with rising investor interest in gold and gold equities has generated increased attention from U.S. investors. Trading on the OTCQB will help enhance liquidity by providing current and future U.S.-based investors with a more transparent and efficient trading platform.”
Shareholders of existing U.S. listed Precipitate shares previously traded on the OTC Pink Open Market will now trade on the OTCQB without any further action required by shareholders.

To be eligible, companies must be current in their financial reporting, pass a minimum bid price test and undergo an annual company verification and management certification process. The OTCQB Venture quality standards provide a strong baseline of transparency, as well as the technology and regulation to improve the information and trading experience for investors.
